When you ask, 'How to meditate?', it is generally thought that the correct posture and breathing to calm the mind is the answer. However, the mind that has been subdued by calming or suppressing tends to rise again when similar situations arise. This meditation can resolve the root cause of the problem because it fundamentally removes the false mind and completely eliminates it.

The biggest obstacle to starting anything new is our non-accepting mind, isn't it? When you empty your false mind of countless thoughts, worries, stress, anxieties, and the mindset ‘I cannot do it’ , ‘It cannot be done’ or 'It's not fair!' - your worries and fears will naturally disappear in situations such as starting a new job, studying, and facing new challenges. Always confident, focused, happy and positive, you can achieve what you want to do, and you will be energized in your daily life.

A lot of people think that meditation is a kind of exercise where we need to sit still and meditate for long hours. Well, actually you can just meditate 30 minutes to 1 hour and be able to achieve a whole different level of result provided you know the technique.
