About Us

Our purpose is to help you go to the Land of Truth and live there while living. By throwing away your mind which is stress, burden, pain and doubts, your true self can live happily eternally with the True Mind in the Land of Truth while you are alive. 

Historically, one of the biggest obstacles in overcoming problems in life and reaching the Land of Truth was the fact that the mind could not be precisely defined. This prevented people from discovering who they are and how to become the True Mind, which is Truth. 

Our meditation teaches people how to cleanse the false mind which has countless thoughts and images that are the roots of stress, anxiety, burden, pain, doubts and so many other problems. When the false mind is cleansed, one can become Truth and live a life of true happiness, true freedom, infinite peace, and completion. One who has become Truth can live eternally without death in the Land of Truth. 

Our Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Penang centres opened in 2010, 2012 and 2023 respectively. Globally, our worldwide meditation organization began in 1996 and now have about 345 meditations centres all around the world.

Before March 2020, we only offered in-person guided meditation sessions. From March 2020 onwards, we started offering online, live guided meditation classes instead to help our students continue their practice. To date, we are very happy to see how many people have benefited from online sessions, as they meditate with expert guidance from the comforts of their homes. 

We are open every day, 7 days a week without exception. 

Our opening hours are mainly from 9.30am - 11.30pm. 

Starting 2022, we offer both in-person and online live, guided meditation sessions in our meditation centres.
